and conversely, the South Indian Railway will have the option to call for his services; return to duty with the South Indian Railway at the end of the two years or at any prior period being subject to the usual medical certificate of fitness.

These conditions and terma have been per-

sonally explained to Mr. Lindsey who, it is understood, agrees
